With the sudden confirmation of release, I didn't have time to gather all the production news and videos. And TVB seriously released like a million trailers and promos in one day. They need to get it together lol.

I'm so excited to watch this! But it breaks my heart seeing them look so haggard since they filmed this during the peak of Coronavirus - everyone looks like they aged 10 years.
I can't wait to see the sparks between Mo and Jessica. I'm a bit disappointed that Mo shaved for this. He looks so different without facial hair. I really want a moustached/bearded Mo paired with sexy Jessica! Someone please make it happen. And I also can't help but to complain every time that TVB politics screwed them over by never letting them film together when they were in their 30s; when they were so young and fresh and super freakin' cute together. I still remember those old clips kinda like today's Scoop and E-News. Man, I totally shipped them back then.

About the last thoughts post for Beauty...Umm, I can't bring myself to write it yet.

Oh no, Mo with his high tone again. Why am I not surprised lol. Please I beg that he doesn't over do it. Mo should do an ancient drama so he's forbidden to speak English. But you know he'll probably slip up lmao.
I watched the special and am so disappointed that there were no bloopers. Can they include it at the end of each episode? I really wanna see it.

"Beauty And The Boss" Thoughts [5]

This is me after watching this week's episodes: (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻

They gave us less than 2.5 eps of the happy couple 😠😠😠. But wow, that was an unexpected twist. I guess that's what Mo meant when he said there would be something different. I hate it 😭😅.

Let me start with the good times. They're just super freakin' adorbs and sweet together. I don't know any other words to describe it lol. Matt always made me giggle every time he tried to get Me to do sexy time. I noticed that since My Ages Apart, writers love giving them "bed scenes." ...Ok, did some quick research and one writer took part in both Ages and Beauty. Don't know if she's the one who wrote the scenes 😂. And you may already know, the same producer created Ages and Death by Zero. I love how Mo and Ali manage to make the scenes funny and sweet and not overly sexual.

Now to the sad bits. Me's expression when she found out that Shum Wai is pregnant with Matt's child 😭. Plus the fact that she wanted to have a baby with Matt 😭😭😭. Why can't my girl be happy?? Please let them get back together as soon as possible next week. I can't stand seeing Me's sad eyes anymore. Can it happen in ep26? 🙏

They kept mentioning Ali's Who Wants A Baby?; I wish Mo and Ali could just film something like that, where they're already a couple from the first ep. Why do writers like making it so complicated for them? Sigh, I don't even know if we'll see them in another drama together. Viewers who are not hardcore fans are probably tired of seeing them as a pair.

I also want to see Mo and Claire Yiu pair up again in another drama. They match well together.

I don't know what to say anymore. I have a love-hate relationship with this week's eps lol. I want to see more of Mo and Ali, but it's ending next week... Ok, I'll be extra emotional and dramatic next week. 🙈👋

My dude didn't win anything, but it's ok, my support for him continues. He's been doing comedy these past few years; I hope he gets to do more darker roles - an antagonist perhaps.
As always, he kept his face mask on for most of the night. I had a ton of fun reading netizens comment on it lol.
I'm so happy that he walked the red carpet with Ali and presented awards with Jessica. I'll take that as treats for us fans. Gah, Mo and Ali's interactions just make me love them more and more. I'm so excited for Beauty tomorrow! And Armed Reaction 2021 is coming!

"Beauty And The Boss" Thoughts [4]

It moved toooooo quickly!! Maybe I feel this way because I watched all their scenes in one day. 😂😂😂

In ep 15, 16, and big part of 17, Matt and Me still treated each other as colleagues, neighbors, and friends (?). In ep17, they hit us with the cancer story and we, including Rex, saw Me's true feelings for Matt. At first I thought it was way too soon and over the top, but if you think about it, if they dragged the whole cancer thing then this show would become a melodrama. I liked how they ended the ep showing Matt's issue was just his good old gout. I laughed. 🙊

In ep18, Matt, Kiki, and Kei attended their friend's funeral. Matt mentioned their friend wanted his ashes to be scattered on land to grow longan. Kiki and Kei both said they wanted to be mango and that maybe because mango shaved ice was their go to food when they were having their "relationship". Matt said he wanted to be buried under a lot of paklan and after saying it looked content. I would like to think it's because everything important to him is connected to the flower and that also includes Me because if you remember, she smells like it. Is that a reach? 😅

In ep19, Rex suggested he and Me take a break in their relationship. Rex said he saw a lot of love between Matt and Me. Nah, I don't think Rex saw enough to make such a judgement... He only saw Me crying when she thought Matt died and Matt, Me, and Hin Hin happily shopping like a family. That's only two times. I feel like the writers should've included more incidences or at least have Me mention Matt more frequently on their dates. Hmm, ok, I guess I can see how the way she cried made him feel that way. In this ep, we finally know the writer's intention of having Matt keep the mattress. But seriously why is he not returning it when Me already bought her own?? I don't know why I'm so fixated on this lol. We also saw a new woman in Matt's life. Me immediately thought that she's his new girlfriend - I sensed a tad bit of jealousy hehe.

Finally ep20!! Firstly, Me found out that the woman living in Matt's home is his niece, but she was still adamant that she won't date Matt. However, next day in the elevator her eyes were 😍😍😍. She's so freakin' cute! They have to work on a new project together and I just love their interactions. Chemistry 💯!! Me officially broke up with Rex. She told him that all along there's someone else in her heart; he understands her the most; and was always there to support her when she needed it most. It's so nice to finally hear her say those words!! 😭😭 However, she still won't tell Matt her feelings. In the end, Matt is the one who confessed. The whole falling in the pool was a bit cheesy for me lol. Can we not have Mo go into water anymore please 🙏. You know the man has hair problems 🙈. So Ali has only ever kissed mustache Mo... All 3 shows they've been paired together, he had a mustache. Must be uncomfortable, but in my opinion, mustache Mo is the sexiest Mo 😉😇. Well just this kinda facial hair.

Now I don't know what to expect in the upcoming episodes. Only 10 left! From filming and preview photos, it looks like there'll be ups and downs in the relationship. Maybe because Matt has issues with commitment? I only ask for as many sweet interactions as possible!! 🙏😭

Off topic: I think TVB Awards Presentation is this Sunday? Not sure about Mo's chances of winning anything this year, but it's ok. I'm more concerned about them doing another big event when Coronavirus is still out there and there's a new strain. Sigh.
