Side News: Coronavirus Outbreak

Due to the current Coronavirus outbreak in Hong Kong, TVB halted drama filming last week and it was to be resumed today (Feb 28), however, due to more cases, filming for most dramas will now resume on Mar 7.

According to on.cc, Nancy Wu, whom Moses is filming Drugs with, recently reported that she tested positive. Moses said he is very worried. He is doing daily rapid testing, even though the results are negative, he still quarantines, sleeps in a separate room, eats and works on his balcony. He will be even more strict about wearing a mask 24 hours and will regularly change it.

Moses also agrees with TVB's decision to stop filming and hopes that it will reduce cross infection.

Side News: Miss Hong Kong 2021 and《破毒強人》

I've been meaning to write this post for the longest time, but every time I plan to start, there's another new article. So now there's a bunch of articles out there that I can't keep up lol. The gist of it is Miss Hong Kong 2021 winner, Sabrina (Sabina) Mendes, and 1st runner-up, Carina Leung, mentioned that Mo is their ideal type and an actor they would like to work with. Sabrina praised Mo as a good father, a good husband, and a model for men. She has seen a lot of his works. She will use him as a standard when looking for her significant other. Carina praised Mo as kindhearted and takes care of his family. Coincidentally, they both chose Aimee as a Miss Hong Kong winner they admire. Sabrina said Aimee is a successful woman and a role model and has a beautiful family with Mo. Carina said Aimee has a sweet smile, is happily married, and has adorable children.

Also in recent news, on.cc said Mo will be filming a drama called《破毒強人》produced by Marco Law this December. It will also star Nancy Wu, Edwin Siu, Raymond Cho, Kelly Cheung, and Matthew Ho. I don't know...Mo is currently filming Forty-two and it's a pretty big production so I don't think they'll finish by Dec. And a drama about drugs? Can Mo be the bad guy?? Lol. We all wanna see it.

Confirmed: "Sutra of Forty-two Chapters"

Last week, on.cc released an article on Sutra of Forty-two Chapters and Mo is confirmed to take part. He said he looks forward to working with new actors and hopes that there will be new sparks.

Looks like all the actresses are training really hard. What about the guys? I don't know if Mo is training, but he's looking extra skinny to me these days. I prefer his weight in Beauty. I don't think Kalok Chow has time to train since he's filming another drama right now. If the synopsis in my last post is legit, then I'm picturing something like Kung Fu Hustle, where a bunch of people want to live normal lives, but have crazy fighting abilities. The article also mentioned that Mo and Katy are leads. I'm still getting used to the idea of them playing a couple.

Here's something not related to the drama and for Mo & Ali fans. Recently, Ali did a radio interview to promote her new drama and she mentioned him. When she was asked if there was anyone she wanted to work with, she said she already worked with many in TVB, but there's still a fresh feeling when working with some again like Mo whom she worked with 4 times coming 5. When she said that, I'm like what do you mean coming 5 times?? When is this 5th collab happening?! I know she's also filming something in September, but I doubt they'll work together so soon. Oh man, this girl got me all excited lol.

Side News: "Bong Bong, Amigo!"

Elaine Yiu mentioned Moses on Bong Bong, Amigo! episode 16.
Amigo Choi asked Myolie Wu, Mandy Wong, and Paisley Wu to choose a guy in the entertainment business who is Elaine's type to see how well they know her. Paisley, who chose Moses, was correct.

Paisley chose Moses, stating that he's a family man and you can see how he loves his wife and kids and does everything for them.
Elaine said she believes that every man will go through a phase of playing and clubbing. She said Moses has this experience, but now he has matured and takes care of his family. If she were with him, she can entrust everything to him. She feels that he will take care of her, her dad, her mom, and her dog. She feels that he is responsible and no matter what happens, he will never abandon you. He strongly gives off this feeling. When she saw that Aimee was willing to get married and have children when her career was on the rise, and now you see her happiness, it proves that Aimee made the right decision so she also chooses Moses.

Why do I feel like Elaine and Paisley discussed this topic before? The way they looked at each other lol. I think Elaine previously mentioned her admiration for Mo back when he was single, oh so long ago hahaha.

Sorry, that I haven't been updating. Mo hasn't done anything "public" recently. I did see on Instagram that he did a new advertisement or commercial and someone mentioned that he's opening a new cafe soon. I bet he's super busy with the new cafe. He's also spending much-needed time with his family. I enjoy all the staycation updates!! I do wonder if there will be any promotion for Petter Rabbit 2.

Still sad that Mo wasn't able to join any of the promotions for Beauty. But the pillow is super cute and funny lol. They should give one to Aimee and the kids.
